White-frost? Frost on the car windshield this mid-April aurora? Ugh. Blech. Yesterday was elegant, but cold. By the duration the clothes came off the streak out back (hint: it was already sunless outside) they were approximately frozen.

Is hop ever really going to come?

Hear occurring every year strains from those “peeping” birds but meditate some really middle person made a recording and placed it under my front print window. Ditto the daffodils springing up around the front magnolia — holograms. Very lifelike. Can’t idiot me, though; this is the first time in nine years those daffodils returned since persuading here and first mowing down their stems in summer. Ha, take that, seasonal tricksters.

So, I’m recovering from the bridal. Not for the same reasons most clan need to get back after weddings; the dinner was at Bucci’s and we were place of abode by like 9. Although I did have two drawn out islands throughout the career of the evening. And the first one kicked my burgundy lace-covered ass. Been that lengthy since I’ve ingested any tea stronger than iced. Upon arriving domicile, I gave the camera to Her Beanness and she promptly declared: been drinking, I see! Uh-oh, official.

My wedding regaining is a little bit not the same, but too much to go into on here. But, recovering I am.

Still find myself smiling at regular times, though, when I remember urgent “Gambol” on the melody and being greeted by The Peanuts topic song. Since we used to incline an ear to it while decorating our RAI cubes for Christmas, I almost proximately got teary-eyed — then savage over when Scooby, the families Jetson and then Flintstone followed.

Am so going to swape that if I ever get married again, and if it’s even distantly inappropriate. Well, it is automatically exquisitely inappropriate, but I’m propensity more towards the theme songs from Halloween, Missile, Gone With the Wind, Jaws and The Godfather as my own nuptials background symphony.
